All you really need is a normal lever.. with a splitter.. but give it a slightly larger master cylinder piston to reduce the spongy feeling, and open up the distance between the pads to normal. But you have to remember... it's going to require more force at the lever to stop with the same force as a normal brake. In all honesty, 2 levers on the same side is better for riders that only have the ability to brake with one hand.. you need to be able to modulate both brakes independently.

Why is nearly EVERY handlebar 9/5* bends now?... I was almost ridiculed for staying true to my Easton Monkeylite DH bars for years... noting they had the perfect bends, and not too wide. Now almost every bar has the same bends as that bar.. is it THAT perfect of a geometry? Or are people just lacking creativity? Sunline, Race Face, Gravity, Kore, Truvativ, FSA, NS, Deity, all have a bar with that 9/5* setup... I'm sure there is more too.

Rolas... obviously you don't know much about North America... people buy the newest phones and such as soon as they come out.. i.e. Huge lines outside of Apple stores.
